Shayna is the development & production executive for The ATS Team, where she has more than 13 years of experience in multiple unscripted genres for notable indies including All3Media America and B17 Entertainment in LA. Her experience spans across the US and Europe, both in physical production and development for major broadcasters and networks. Since joining ATS 5 years ago, she has spearheaded the launch of ATS Originals in the UK and manages a complex web of international and domestic partnerships, along with co-productions and format sales. Beyond production, Shayna actively cultivates original factual entertainment formats for international audiences and fosters connections with key industry players as the company's ambassador at international markets.
