The event takes place on Wednesday 15 April 2026 at 1 Wimpole Street, London, W1G 0AE.

Please note the venue is within the home of the Royal Society of Medicine at 1 Wimpole Street.

There is a cloakroom, but it is a self-service cloak and bag store, so items are left at your own risk.

We will be using the online Q&A platform slido. You can join the conversation by going to slido.com and using the event code: #BroadcastSummit26 and the room codes are “Stream 1” and “Stream 2”. You will then be able to submit your questions on this platform. A separate stream “Industry Question Time” will be open all day for delegates to submit questions for the final session of the day.

There is no parking available on-site at 1 Wimpole St, but there are limited street parking spaces available in the surrounding area, as well as numerous car parks close by.

Registration for 1-2-1 meetings with the industry's leading commissioners and acquisition executives is now open until 27th March. Ticket holders have been sent a link to submit their details for consideration. For further information you can contact the Broadcast Summit team at IndieSummit@BroadcastNow.co.uk. Meetings cannot be guaranteed.

There are toilets and accessible facilities located close to the auditoriums. The accessible toilet located on the ground floor is adjacent to the Atrium.

There is disabled access for all event spaces. If you have mobility issues, the venue requires you bring suitable assistance as they don't have qualified assistants on site. The content rooms are equipped with hearing aid loops to assist guests with hearing difficulties.

Refuge areas are provided in the protected zones near the lifts and venue staff are trained to uses our Evac chairs to assist disabled persons to escape the building in an emergency.
